Sum of ( 10p - r ) and 5P+ 2q is 

$=10 p- r+5 p+2 q$

=$15 p+2 q-r$

$P-2 q+r$ Subtract from $15 p+2 q-r$

=$(15 p+2 q-r)-(p-2 q+r)$

=$15 p+2 q-r-p+2 q-r$

=$p(15-1)+q(2+2)+r(-1-1)$

=$14 p+4 q-2 r$

Sum of $4+3 x$ and $5-4 x+2 x^{2}$

$2 x^{2}-4 x+5+4+3 x$

$2 x^{2}-x+9$

Sum of $3 x^{2}-5 x$ and $-x^{2}+2 x+5$

=$3 x^{2}-5 x+\left(-x^{2}+2 x+5\right)$

=$2 x^{2}-3 x+5$

$2 x^{2}-x+9$ is substracted from $2 x^{2}-3 x+5$

=$2 x^{2}-3 x+5-\left(2 x^{2}-x+9\right)$

=$2 x^{2}-3 x+5-2 x^{2}+x-9$

=$2x-4$

$3 \times 4-2 \times 2-7$

The value of $x+7+4(x-5)$ is

=$11 x-10$

=$11 \times 2-10$

The value of $4(2 x-1)+3 x+11$

=$8 x-4+3 x+11$

=$11 x+7$

=$11 \times 2+7$

=$22+7$

(i) Given a=-1, b=-2

=$2 a-2 b-4-5+a$

=$2(-1)-2(-2)-4-5+(-1)$

=$-2+4-4-5-1$

The value of $2\left(a^{2}+a b\right)+3-a b$

=$2 a^{2}+2 a b+3-a b$

=$2 a^{2}+a b+3$

=$2(-1)^{2}+(-1)(-2)+3$
